In therapy, I use many different modalities. I most commonly use CBT, behavioral therapy, ACT, Biblical counseling, and art therapy. I also use motivational interviewing, family systems, and person-centered. I provide services and therapy based on the client’s individual needs and culture. I use assessments every three months to monitor progress along with client surveys.
